If goods are damaged or improper size – return for a store credit within three days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs except when there is a damage
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you can easily return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery. For a return of the goods, you have the opportunity to receive a pre-franked return slip by mail, as long as the country of delivery is the same. Simply write us a short message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Of course you can always return the goods via another consignor. However, we do not accept returns that are sent freight forward.
The shipping cost for your return takes over Switchheels.
A direct exchange of an article is unfortunately not possible. If you wish an article in a different size, color or a completely different article, we ask you to order it again. Just send us your first order back. We will refund you the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the return.
